Be held. Be heard.

In a world that can feel overwhelming, therapy offers a safe place to slow down, notice what’s present, and tend to yourself with kindness. Here, you are welcomed exactly as you are – no labels, no judgment, just a space to explore and be understood.

Through our conversations, reflection, and gentle exploration, we can uncover behavioural patterns, strengthen resilience, and open the possibility of living more fully. Together, we create a space where your feelings, experiences, and hopes are honoured, and where you can take the steps that feel most true to you.

What a Session Might Look Like

Sessions can look different depending on what you need, but they may include:

  • Finding words for what feels hard to name – giving shape to experiences that may feel stuck or overwhelming.
  • Bringing attention to your body – noticing sensations, tension, or emotion as clues to your needs and longings.
  • Practising presence – slowing down, becoming more aware of yourself in the moment, and learning to respond with compassion.
  • Exploring relationships – looking at the patterns that show up with others and how they impact your wellbeing.
  • Experimenting with new ways of being – trying out different perspectives or choices, supported in a safe and respectful space.
  • Considering your wider context – reflecting on how culture, family, environment, or community shape your experience.
  • Strengthening connection – to yourself, to others, and to what matters most in your life.

Each session meets you where you are, unfolding at your pace in a supportive, collaborative, and respectful space.

Gestalt Therapy

I practice Gestalt Therapy*, a holistic, relational approach that sees healing and growth as emerging in connection with yourself, others, and the wider world. Through awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and environment, we can discover new ways to live meaningfully and creatively.

*Gestalt Therapy is a present-focused, experiential approach that explores the whole person – body, mind, emotions, and relationships – in the context of their environment. It encourages awareness of patterns, choices, and responses in everyday life, supporting growth, understanding, and the discovery of new ways to engage with the world.

About Gestalt Therapy

What Matters in My Work

Relational and ethical — therapy is co-created between us, grounded in trust, presence, and mutual respect.

Inclusive and anti-oppressive — I welcome people of all identities, cultures, genders, and backgrounds, and I work with awareness of systemic impacts.

Ecological and soulful — I recognise that our struggles are not separate from the wider world. In my work, I can include the more-than-human world, supporting people to reconnect with themselves, their relationships, and their place within the family of things.

Collapse-informed and future-facing — I recognise that we are living through times of ecological, social, and existential upheaval. I bring awareness of these realities, including climate change, into the therapy space, supporting people to navigate grief, uncertainty, and resilience while staying connected to what matters most.

Non-pathologising and supportive — I approach therapy without labels, blame, or shame, focusing instead on understanding human experience as it is lived. This fosters mental health and well-being, resilience, and a sense of agency, helping people build skills and connection rather than feeling judged or broken.

Grounded in lived experience — my personal and professional journey shapes my understanding and deep respect for people navigating complexity, challenge, and change. This experience informs how I hold space, attune to each person’s needs, and support growth, resilience, and self-understanding.

What to Expect

At the heart of our work together is a relationship where you are met with care, respect, openness and presence. Together, we explore what’s happening in your life, make sense of your experiences, and reflect on the changes you hope for. Sessions can focus on immediate challenges, deeper behavioural patterns, or both – always shaped around your needs.

You don’t need to have all the answers. This is a safe, inclusive space to pause, be curious, and gain perspective on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. With gentle guidance and collaboration, new possibilities can emerge, insights may arise, and you can begin to connect with yourself with greater clarity, strength, and a deeper sense of belonging.
